Currently Reading:

Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead. I started reading this book for a book club and I can not put it down! It is such an easy read that brings clarity to different situations I have encountered. I will post a full review when I am done with it but definitely worth it! *Free with Amazon Kindle Unlimited subscription

Amazon Kindle Unlimited:

Amazon Kindle Unlimited is essentially a virtual library. There are over a million books that you can “borrow”,  magazines and thousands of audiobooks. You are able to check out up to ten books at a time. Once you are at your max of ten, it will let you know and ask if you want to return a book to check out a new one. The entire Harry Potter series is unlimited.

Honestly, this is a wonderful service for anyone who likes to read. One of the biggest draws for me personally, was that I can open a book anywhere I am and it remembers right where I left off.  Dominick and I both use it, Alyssa and Olivia use it… my grandparents use it…their own account! We are all able to use it on our own devices. *We have the Kindle app on our Android phones, as well as on our I-Pad.

Kindle Unlimited also has features within it so you can highlight and take notes of important parts you don’t want to forget. I love this because it saves me the time of having to stop what I am doing and find a pen or paper or take a screenshot! There is also a share button so you can share passages with others.

While e-books are generally well priced, to begin with, I love that for only $10/month I can read as much as I want. Almost every book I have wanted to read has been included – and any book that is not included, you can usually get for way less than it would without the membership Zelda Encyclopedia isn’t worth it but it doesn’t make sense to read that as an e-book regardless. When you are a member of Kindle Unlimited, you will receive up to 80% off top-selling e-books. They also give a free top-selling e-book once a month and you get to choose from several options.
