Today we are looking at our heart chakra. The focus of the heart chakra is as simple as, what is your heart saying and what happens when we chose to follow our heart.

Have you ever had a problem that you seek advice from someone who is more experienced at adulting than you? The obvious answer here is yes. We all do this to an extent. My experienced adult was my mom- the things I would ask, I would give anything to be able to call her up and ask her now! When I reflect on those moments, I’ve realized for so many of them I already knew the answer.

Learn to trust the wisdom that is within your heart. You already hold the answer within. What is your heart telling you? Be still, be patient, and listen.
